We charge $6.99lb hanging weight. Not includeing slaughter fee($100), cut and wrap ($1.00 a lb) and any smoke  you want is extra. 

 

Hanging weight is the weight of the pig after all organs are removed and the head removed. Average hanging wt is 90lb but varries widly based on the animals growth.

 

Half a pig will cost around $629.00 to us and then you will have to add on butcher charges based on how you have it processed.

 

This is for half a pig. If you want a full pig just add 2 half pigs to your order.

 

The next butcher date avaliable is around July/August.

 

After ordering I will contact you with all the details.
